Presume from paragraph 2 of your telegram that you will now wish arrangements to be made for Colman and Melmoth to fly to Hong Kong as soon as possible. Please confirm. I should also be glad to know whether you consider anything should be said to them before their departure for Hong Kong, and if so what, as regards the possible change of plans for the administration and control of the port.
